Elite Membership Plan

$150 per month

The Elite Membership includes one comprehensive new patient consultation and three follow-up visits each year. Additional follow-up visits can be scheduled at a reduced member rate of $225 per visit.

    Your care begins with a thorough new patient consultation lasting 45 to 60 minutes, followed by three follow-up visits each year. Every appointment is unhurried and designed to fully address your concerns.

Membership does not cover advanced laboratory testing such as genetic markers or specialized autoimmune panels, imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, or ultrasounds, or the cost of medications. Hospitalizations and specialist co-management are not included, though our team coordinates closely with your broader care team when needed.
